Extremely Tight Suction Pressure Control | Compressor Processes Liquids | No Pneumatic Valves or Vessels | Automated Capacity Control | SkyView Real-Time Reporting | Set & Forget PLC Control | Best-In-Class Reliability
The Supercharger is our highest-capacity hydraulic compressor equipped with 15” compression cylinders. It is designed for simplicity, reliability, liquids processing, low cost, low maintenance and 100% turn down. The Supercharger comes in three different configurations, 1532, 1532D and for higher discharge pressures a 1532D – as first stage of a 2-stage compressor.
Applications
- Vapor Recovery
- Gas Well Boosting
- Screw compressor replacement for wet gas application
Features
- Simple operation. No operator setup or adjustment.
- Liquid processing in the compressor. Eliminates the need for inlet liquid handling equipment.
- Low maintenance. Simple design with minimal moving parts.
- Extremely tight suction pressure control for VRU applications.
- Capacity controlled to achieve desired inlet pressure.
- 100% turndown without VFD.
- Auto re-start after power loss.
- No fugitive emissions. Compressor seals are vented to suction so there is no opportunity to vent to atmosphere.
- Wide operating ambient temperature range. -40°F to 130°F (-40°C to 55°C)
- Best in class reliability! >99% uptime.
- Low cost of installation and ownership.
- SkyView real-time condition-based monitoring leads to low-cost, highly efficient demand-based maintenance.

Supercharger Model Comparison
The 1532 is a 15" single cylinder compressor capable of a max differential pressure of 150 PSI with power ranges from 75 HP to 150 HP. The two most common applications are gas well boosting (500 mscf/d @ 30 psig suction by 150 psig discharge) and vapor recovery (250 mscfd @ 0.5 psig suction by 150 psig discharge).
The 1532D dual cylinder compressor offers double the capacity at half the differential pressure. Suitable for high-flow vapor recovery applications or as the first stage of a 2-stage machine for high flow, high differential pressure operations. For vapor recovery it can operate at 560 mscfd @ 0.5 psig suction by 75 psig discharge.
Our 1532D – 2 Stage process is a 15" dual cylinder compressor feeding a 10" single cylinder to increase capacity and pressure. An economic alternative to oil flooded screws in wet gas service (VRU) as there is no issue with wet gas contaminating the oil. For VRU applications, this 2-stage system can deliver 300 mscfd @ 0.5 psig suction by 150 psig discharge.
