Dry vanes are extremely tolerant of dirty / sour gas.  The materials are MRO compliant and bearings are not exposed to process gas.  The wear part is an inexpensive composite blade that can be changed in a few minutes.  Typical pressures are 8’’-10’’ H2O suction and 50 – 60 psi discharge.
